The NEA Attorney Referral Program (ARP) helps NEA members obtain personal legal services* at a 30% discount in these five core areas: wills and estates; real estate; consumer protection; domestic relations; and traffic violations.
VEA members (along with their spouses or domestic partners and dependent children) are eligible to access this benefit through any network law firm.
During the membership year, members can get two free consultations with an ARP attorney. Consultations may last for up to 30 minutes, and any matter, except income tax preparation, may be discussed. If a member decides to retain an ARP attorney for personal legal services in a core area, the 30% discount would apply.

*ARP covers members' personal legal matters and does not provide assistance for job-rights disputes. Members should contact their local UniServ office for assistance with employment disputes.
