Membership Grants Available

VEA-Retired has grants to assist local associations and their Uniserv units to develop and support VEA-Retired chapters in their locality.

Grants of up to $500 are available. No Association can receive more than one grant a year. Grant proposals should address a specific membership project designed to build retired membership.

Any VEA-Retired member can apply for a grant. In localities where no local retired chapter exists, a local Association president or Uniserv Council chairperson may apply. There are two application deadlines: August 2 and December 1.

The new grant program is administered by a committee of VEA-Retired Council members and funded by VEA-Retired dues, which were increased $50 to support this important project.
