2012-2013 VEA-Retired Leadership

Current officers of VEA-Retired are:

Patricia Kennedy, president and VEA board member-at-Large
Debbie Jessee, vice president
Martha Wood, secretary-treasurer
Eddie Fifer, VEA board member-at-Large

The president and other officers are elected by VEA-Retired members to a two-year term and may be elected to a second two-year term. The president’s term includes a two-year term as delegate to the VEA Delegate Assembly and the NEA Representative Assembly.

The VEA-Retired Council consists of the president, vice president, secretary-treasurer, retired board member, and an elected representative from each of Virginia’s 11 congressional districts. The 2012-2013 Congressional Council representatives are:
