Leadership Training is three days of intensive practice focused on the essentials of running a strong local association. You’ll leave knowing how to create a vision for growth, lead with a social justice perspective, build membership and power year-round, identify diverse leadership talent, navigate governing documents, manage finances properly, foster teamwork, and handle membership reconciliation and cancellations.

The Summer Organizing Institute brings together winning organizing strategies from locals across Virginia through engaging, hands-on workshops. You’ll build member power, workplace power, and local power — and leave with a concrete plan you can start implementing the moment you get home.
