Leadership Training is three days of intensive practice focused on the essentials of running a strong local association. You’ll leave knowing how to create a vision for growth, lead with a social justice perspective, build membership and power year-round, identify diverse leadership talent, navigate governing documents, manage finances properly, foster teamwork, and handle membership reconciliation and cancellations.

You’ll build member power, workplace power, and local power — and leave with a concrete plan you can start implementing the moment you get home.
