The 2026 ESP Conference will be held at Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg, VA – Friday, October 9 -Saturday, October 10. Registration will be going live in early August.
The conference is free for all VEA members to attend. This includes room, food, parking, and programming/conference fees. Attendees are responsible for their own travel costs to and from the conference. The registration costs for non-members is $150.
The average pay of Virginia public school teachers in 2023-24 was $65,830. That is $4,260 below the national average of $70,090.
